We have launched a “New Member Orientation” session at our Parramore campus near Downtown Orlando. For guests on our campus receiving services, this session introduces them to who we are and what we do, taking them beyond the dining hall with an overview of all the on-campus services available to them, followed by a campus tour and lunch. The orientation will help build relationships with new and frequent guests, and it will evolve as we roll out identification cards and incorporate feedback to improve their campus experience.
