The WASH Foundation’s “Fresh Start Wash & Wellness Program” is now operating at our West Orange Campus. The initiative provides a mobile unit offering free showers, restrooms, hygiene products, towels and more. This crucial service helps to provide our neighbors in need with a dignified way to maintain their health and hygiene.
The service is run by two passionate team members, Bianca and Jean. They love working with this program because “it is very rewarding to help people with things we often take for granted."
In addition to restoring dignity and promoting hygiene for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, The WASH Foundation ensures that all participants of their program receive additional resources to support their journey to housing stability. Having this program at the Christian Service Center strengthens those opportunities and creates a great partnership.
